In part of his decree, it is stated:
Given your competence, commitment, and experience, and based on your acceptable performance during your two-year tenure as Vice President for Educational and Research Affairs, you are hereby reappointed for a period of two years in the position of "Vice President for Educational and Research Affairs." It is expected that you will utilize your knowledge, skills, and abilities to transform Qom University of Technology into a leading institution in industrial and technical sciences while respecting the revolutionary and religious atmosphere of the holy city of Qom.
